Thank you for shopping at CyberGrid Store. Because our products are digital goods delivered instantly, please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

1. Digital Product Policy

All products sold on cybergrid.store are digital downloads (PDF files). Once a PDF has been delivered to your email address, the purchase is considered complete. As the product is intangible and cannot be "returned," we generally do not offer refunds on delivered digital goods.

This is consistent with UK consumer law under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which exempts digital content from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery has begun with your consent.

2. When We Will Issue a Refund

We will issue a full refund if:

You were charged but your PDF was never delivered (and we are unable to resend it)
You were charged twice for the same order
There is a significant technical error that makes the PDF inaccessible or unreadable

3. How to Request a Refund

Email us at contact@cybergrid.store within 7 days of your purchase with:

Your full name
Your PayPal email address
Your PayPal transaction ID
A description of the issue

We will respond within 24 hours and resolve your issue promptly.

4. Non-Delivery Guarantee

If you paid and did not receive your PDF, we will always either resend it or issue a full refund — no questions asked. Your purchase is protected.
