Delivery is instant. As soon as PayPal confirms your payment, the PDF is sent automatically to your email. If you don't receive it within 10 minutes, please check your spam folder and contact us at contact@cybergrid.store.
Your PDF is sent to the email address associated with your PayPal account. Make sure that email is active and accessible before purchasing.

Refunds & Access

Email us at contact@cybergrid.store with your PayPal transaction ID and we will resend your PDF. We always keep a copy for customer support purposes.
