At Macharif, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you have a genuine issue with your purchase, we will make it right.
1. General Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final once a PDF guide has been delivered. However, we offer refunds in specific circumstances described below.
2. When We Issue a Refund
We will issue a full refund if: (1) Your PDF was not delivered within 2 hours and our support team cannot resolve the issue; (2) The file received is corrupted or unreadable; (3) You were charged but received the wrong product. Contact info@macharif.com within 7 days of purchase with your PayPal transaction ID.
3. When Refunds Are Not Issued
Refunds are not issued if: you have successfully downloaded the guide and changed your mind; you claim the content does not meet expectations after accessing it; more than 7 days have passed since purchase.
4. EU & UK Consumer Rights
EU and UK customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content. However, by completing your purchase and requesting immediate delivery, you explicitly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal upon delivery.
5. Australian Consumer Law
Australian customers are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage under the Australian Consumer Law.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email info@macharif.com with: your full name, PayPal email, PayPal transaction ID, date of purchase, and reason for refund. We respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5-7 business days via PayPal.
